Your Role

You'll own your projects from start to finish:

Organize and lead your crew effectively.
Keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
Communicate professionally with homeowners.
Solve problems before they become expensive.
Ensure jobsites remain safe, clean, and organized.
Train and mentor younger carpenters.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of carpentry and deck-building experience.
Previous experience leading a crew.
Strong understanding of residential construction and building practices.
Ability to read plans and execute projects efficiently.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
