Overview

Sarac Financial Services is expanding and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Automotive Finance & Sales Representativeto join our growing dealership team. Must have a valid OMVIC license or renewable and MUST HAVE at least one year of proven experience in the automotive financing industry Prime and Subprime.

This role involves managing warm inbound online auto finance leads, including both Prime and Subprime clients and closing vehicle sales with customers across Ontario and Quebec. Candidates must have above-average computer skills and be comfortable working within CRM systems, with DealerTrack and CreditApp. Experience considered a strong asset. Success in this position requires strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, re-engaging aged leads provided by the company, and driving consistent deal flow through disciplined follow-up and execution. There is no cold list prospecting, the company provides the opportunity; performance determines the outcome.

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. If you are self-motivated, disciplined, and confident in your ability to close, your income will directly reflect your results.

Responsibilities

Contact new inbound leads daily through phone, text, and email to drive engagement and move opportunities forward
Re-engage aged leads and convert them into funded deals through strategic follow-up
Qualify customers by identifying vehicle needs, budget, timeline, and trade-in details
Collect complete and accurate credit application information
Pull, analyze, and review credit bureaus for both prime and non-prime customers
Submit applications to lenders and secure competitive approvals
Gather and manage all approval conditions, including down payments, co-signer details, proof of income, and supporting documentation
Align lender approvals with available inventory or source appropriate vehicles as required
Present pricing, terms, and financing options clearly and confidently
Close transactions efficiently and coordinate vehicle delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records and execute disciplined follow-up strategies
Negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting dealership sales targets
Upsell value-added products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and overall revenue
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through closing and post-sale follow-up support
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending tailored vehicle solutions
Adhere rigorously to all communication procedures and industry guidelines, including but not limited to OMVIC and MVDA standards
