Software Product Assurance Engineer

Brampton, ON | Hybrid

Join a leading engineering team developing complex, mission-critical software solutions. We're seeking a Software Product Assurance Engineer to help ensure software quality, compliance, reliability, and safety throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Review software requirements, architecture, code, and test activities.
Ensure compliance with quality and program standards.
Identify risks, manage corrective actions, and support audits.
Lead software reviews, readiness assessments, and quality initiatives.
Collaborate with development teams to improve processes and product reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of software quality/product assurance experience.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong understanding of C/C++.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with safety-critical or real-time software.
V&V, automated testing, scripting, or software safety analysis experience.

Requirements

Eligible to obtain Reliability Security Clearance and CGP clearance.
