Job Summary
Tommy Gun’s newest location in Ottawa is looking for dynamic, passionate barbers and stylists ready to bring their creativity, skill, and personality to a brand new shop. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and want to be part of a team that sets the tone from the very beginning, this is your opportunity.

$19 – $29 per hour, based on experience

What We’re Looking For

Experienced barbers or stylists who take pride in their craft
Individuals who bring positive energy and enjoy being part of a strong team culture
Professionals with exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Strong knowledge of current trends, techniques, and styles
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

Uphold and execute the Tommy Gun’s Service Guarantee with every guest to drive consistency, satisfaction, and long-term client loyalty
Deliver a premium client experience by confidently consulting and understanding client preferences
Recommend tailored styles and cuts based on face shape, lifestyle, and personal style
Execute consistent, high-quality technical work across all services, including fades, clipper work, texturizing, and customized finishes
Build and maintain a loyal clientele through strong relationships and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, professional workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
Maximize each appointment through effective product recommendations and client education
