The Bell/Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, parking vehicles, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. As a key member of the guest services team, you will create a welcoming first impression and uphold the high standards of hospitality at the Metcalfe Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with luggage
Escort guests and provide basic hotel information
Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized entrance/lobby area
Support front desk operations and guest requests

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet services preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
