Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing food and beverage services, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a high-quality dining experience for guests. A background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant operations is essential to effectively lead our team and uphold the standards of our food service environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and bar services
Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including interviewing, training, and scheduling team members
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of supplies
Lead team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant environment
Assist in developing menus and promotional strategies to enhance guest experience

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills
Extensive knowledge of food industry practices, including food safety and handling procedures
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently under pressure
Skilled in interviewing potential team members and building effective teams
Background in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus; barista or food industry experience is advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
