Position Overview
CBP Capital is the investment and capital platform of Colonnade BridgePort, focused on sourcing, structuring, and managing real estate investments across a diverse portfolio of development and income-producing assets.
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Investment Analyst to join our growing Investment Management team. Reporting to the Vice President, Investment Management, you will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, executing acquisitions, and supporting the strategic management and performance optimization of existing assets. The role will also provide significant exposure to development projects, offering the opportunity to participate in the evaluation, underwriting, and execution of select development opportunities.
This is a high-impact role for an individual who is passionate about real estate investing and wants direct exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting acquisitions through transaction execution, asset performance monitoring, and portfolio strategy.
The successful candidate will combine strong financial modelling capabilities with market intelligence, investment judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear investment recommendations. You will take a leading role in evaluating investment opportunities, driving acquisition processes, and overseeing portfolio analysis and reporting. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering with senior leadership, capital partners, and internal teams to advance strategic investment objectives.
