The Role

We’re seeking a high-energy, highly-skilled Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor who thrives in a team environment, connects naturally with clients, and brings both experience and personality to the floor. This isn’t a quick-stop job—it’s a long-term career opportunity for the right fit, with the potential to grow into management and leadership roles over time.

You’ll be coaching both one-on-one personal training sessions and dynamic group fitness classes, while helping clients set goals, track progress, and stay motivated. We’ll provide training in our systems and programming, but your expertise, creativity, and ongoing education will make you stand out.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

2+ years as a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor.

Proven track record in delivering results and building client relationships.

Education:

Recognized certification in personal training and/or group fitness.

Commitment to ongoing professional development—CPR/First Aid certification required.

Personality:

Energetic, approachable, and adaptable.

Strong communicator who can motivate and inspire diverse fitness levels.

Leadership Potential:

Interest in long-term career growth.

Willingness to learn business operations and leadership skills for future management roles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-quality group fitness classes and personal training sessions.

Provide safe, effective, and engaging workouts tailored to individual needs.

Track and celebrate client progress.

Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and certifications.

Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive training environment.

Contribute ideas and energy to the ongoing growth of the facility.
