The Service Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting sales, estimating, and service delivery efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.
- Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions.
- Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings.
- Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement.
- Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with strong time management abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynn’s service offerings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of contract documents and estimating principles.
