Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards, including meal preparation and food handling.
Assist in the assembly of dishes, ensuring timely service and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, and fryers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies.
Serve food to guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring excellent food service standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong understanding of meal preparation, kitchen operations, and serving procedures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required. This position offers an engaging work environment where culinary skills are valued, and professional growth is encouraged for those passionate about the food industry.

Pay: $17.20-$27.30 per hour
