ReConstruct Pro is a reputable residential and commercial construction company serving Ottawa, Perth, Smiths Falls, Ontario. We specialize in high quality renovations and additions, custom home builds, commercial projects, and outdoor living spaces. We value craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Summary
We are seeking experienced and motivated Subcontractor Framers and Siding workers.

Contractors by piece are welcome.

This role offers the chance to work on diverse residential and commercial construction projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects, including framing, trim work, and finishing
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
Skilled in residential and/or commercial carpentry techniques, including framing
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
English language skills (bilingual is an asset)

Work Location
In person – Ottawa, Perth, and Smiths Falls, Ontario
