Full job description

Velocity Automotive is hiring a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing team in Scarborough.

We are a independent dealership with premium inventory, strong online exposure, and a reputation built on transparent pricing and customer service. We advertise across multiple major automotive platforms and provide all inbound lead opportunities to our sales team.

This is a performance-driven role for someone who can respond quickly, follow up consistently, build trust with customers, and close deals professionally.

What You Will Do

Handle all provided inbound internet leads, phone calls, showroom traffic, and appointment opportunities
Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process from first contact to delivery
Present vehicles, negotiate professionally, and close deals
Maintain strong follow-up through calls, text messages, email, and CRM
Book appointments and maintain an active sales pipeline
Build long-term customer relationships and referral business
Work closely with management and finance to structure and deliver deals properly

What We Are Looking For

Active OMVIC licence is required
Used-car sales experience is preferred
Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Professional appearance and customer-service standards
