Available Positions:

Hairstylist
Barber

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality hair services tailored to individual client needs
Provide a range of specialized hair treatments:
Hairstylists: Haircuts, coloring, highlights, balayage, perms, and hair extensions (preferred)
Barbers: Haircuts, fades, lineouts, beard trims, and straight razor shaves (preferred)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas
Offer excellent customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships
Promote and recommend additional salon services and retail products
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques

Qualifications:

Hairstylists: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (required); Licensed Hair Stylist preferred
Barbers: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (required); Established clientele is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and committed to client satisfaction
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Social media proficiency (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is an asset
Must be able to commute or relocate to Toronto, ON prior to starting work

Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts
Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and on-call as required

Compensation:

Hairstylists: Starting from $40,000 per year (plus tips)
Barbers: $45,000 per year (plus tips)
