Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail or sales environments are highly valued. This position offers an engaging work environment where your interpersonal skills and sales acumen will contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities
Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Manage merchandising displays and ensure products are well-organized and appealing
Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to ensure a welcoming environment
Support team members with various tasks as needed to meet store goals and customer needs

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide engaging product demos
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
Prior experience with merchandising, technology sales, or product demonstrations is advantageous
