Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Department: Clinic Administration
Location: 5-9515 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls (Port Robinson), ON
Job Type: Part-time
Reports To: Clinic Operations Manager

NEXT Niagara Health is a dynamic multidisciplinary clinic located in a state-of-the-art 10,000 sq ft facility in Niagara Falls. Our diverse team includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Physiotherapy Assistants, and Administrative staff working collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily front-desk operations at our clinic. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. This role is essential in creating a smooth and positive experience for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Process payments and issue receipts using clinic software
Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support scheduling and patient flow
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and clinic upkeep

Requirements and Qualifications

Previous administrative or front-desk experience (medical or health clinic experience is an asset)
Experience working with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims and documentation through HCAI is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy environment
Proficient with computers and scheduling software
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Availability to work evenings and weekends
