Summary

Sous chef is a vital role responsible for guiding our culinary team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service. Based in, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our renowned lakeside dining experience.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Develop and implement innovative menu ideas that reflect current culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with management to meet business goals and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
Train staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Candidates should possess strong skills in food preparation, cooking, team management, and restaurant operations

Pay: From $49,920.00 per year
