Your Role

As a Pest Management Technician, you will help customers prevent and resolve pest issues by applying the principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

Every day is different, and you'll work in a wide variety of environments, including:

Agricultural facilities
Food processing facilities
Industrial sites
Commercial businesses
Institutional facilities
Residential properties

Key Responsibilities

Inspect properties and identify pest-related issues.
Develop customized pest management programs based on each customer's needs.
Perform treatments and follow-up services.
Monitor and inspect pest monitoring systems.
Provide preventive recommendations to customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Complete service reports and required documentation.

You are someone who is:

Self-motivated and organized.
Detail-oriented with strong observation skills.
Customer-focused.
An effective communicator.
Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout the day.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Criminal record compatible with the position.
Physical and medical condition suitable for the duties of the role.
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
