Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Associate – East Coast Lifestyle (Cavendish Boardwalk)

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of East Coast Lifestyle—sharing our brand story, making connections, and creating memorable experiences for every customer. You’ll:

Provide outstanding customer service with signature East Coast warmth and hospitality
Gain hands-on experience in retail operations
Strengthen your teamwork and leadership skills
Thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment
Have opportunities to transfer to other store locations

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
Build genuine interactions and meaningful relationships with shoppers
Provide knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
Help customers find the perfect purchase with confidence and care
Share the East Coast Lifestyle brand story with pride
Operate the POS system for purchases and payments
Assist in merchandising and maintaining visual displays
Keep accurate sales and inventory records
