HVAC Sales Manager

As a leader in eco-friendly heating solutions, Avalanche Heat Pumps is looking for a motivated HVAC Heating Specialist / Manager to promote heat pumps, educate customers, and support team growth in the Prince George region.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC sales professional who is passionate about energy-efficient heating solutions and ready to take on leadership responsibilities. You will work directly with homeowners and clients, provide in-home quotes, follow up on company-provided leads, and help train and support a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage our main office in Prince George.
- Promote the benefits of heat pumps, including:
- Environmentally friendly heating
- Energy savings
- Cooling capabilities
- Generate sales through multiple lead sources
- Educate homeowners on available BC rebates and grants
- Follow up on leads provided by the company
- Travel throughout British Columbia as required
- Conduct in-home assessments and provide quotes to prospective clients
- Process transactions weekly at the Prince George office
- Train, hire, and support team members
Requirements
- Previous HVAC sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in English and/or French
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable internet access
- Flexibility to travel when required
- Take additional courses if needed
Compensation
- Salary, based on experience and certifications
- Opportunity for commissions, overrides, and bonuses
- Reimbursement for all pre-approved business expenses
- Company credit card provided
- Quarterly performance reviews to discuss results, targets, and possible compensation adjustments
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year
- Pay Structure: Salary + Commission + Overrides
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
- Work Location: Prince George, BC
