Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Shop Helper to assist with daily operations in our workshop. The ideal candidate will support the team by performing various cleaning tasks, maintaining a clean work environment, and providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients or visitors. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting while contributing to the efficiency and safety of our shop.

Duties

Assist with cleaning and organizing the workshop to ensure a safe and tidy environment
Support team members with material handling and basic maintenance tasks
Help prepare equipment and tools for daily use or upcoming projects
Provide friendly and professional customer service to visitors or clients arriving at the shop
Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and materials
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly

Skills

Basic cleaning skills with attention to detail
Strong customer service skills, friendly and professional communication
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities
