Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des leads et de l’accueil patient organisé(e), professionnel(le) et orienté(e) service afin de se joindre à la pratique chirurgicale de l’un de nos médecins.

Ce poste est idéal pour une personne à l’aise au téléphone, chaleureuse, structurée et capable d’établir rapidement un lien de confiance avec les patients. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conversion des demandes entrantes en consultations confirmées tout en assurant une expérience patient haut de gamme.

Il s’agit d’un poste avec contact direct auprès des patients et de belles possibilités d’évolution au sein de la clinique.

Responsabilités principales

Gestion des leads (priorité principale)

Répondre rapidement aux demandes entrantes provenant d’Instagram, du site web, du téléphone et des courriels
Effectuer les suivis auprès des nouveaux leads et des demandes en cours
Répondre aux questions des patients concernant les consultations et les prochaines étapes
Planifier et confirmer les consultations
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des leads et maintenir les informations à jour
Veiller à ce qu’aucun lead qualifié ne demeure sans suivi

Soutien aux journées de consultation (lundis)

Accueillir et accompagner les patients lors des journées de consultation
Être le point de contact principal des patients en consultation
Coordonner le déroulement des consultations avec le chirurgien et l’équipe
Contribuer à une expérience patient soignée, professionnelle et haut de gamme
Assurer le confort et la qualité de l’expérience patient tout au long de la visite

Profil recherché

Excellentes habiletés de communication (écrit et verbal)
Expérience significative en ventes
Très bonne aisance téléphonique et relationnelle
Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
Confort à discuter de procédures esthétiques avec les patients
Approche proactive dans les suivis et les communications
Attitude professionnelle, chaleureuse et centrée sur le patient
Bilinguisme français/anglais requis

Atouts

Expérience en clinique médicale, esthétique, vente ou hôtellerie haut de gamme
Expérience en gestion de leads ou service à la clientèle
Connaissance du domaine de la chirurgie esthétique ou plastique

Rémunération & avantages

22–25 $/heure selon l’expérience

We are looking for a highly organized and patient-focused Patient Intake & Lead Coordinator to join the surgical practice of one of our physicians.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, naturally warm and professional, and experienced in building trust with clients or patients. You will play a key role in converting incoming inquiries into booked consultations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the consultation process.

This is a patient-facing position with strong growth potential within the clinic.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management (Primary Focus)

Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from Instagram, website forms, phone calls, and email
Follow up consistently with new and existing leads
Answer patient questions regarding consultations, procedures, and next steps
Schedule and confirm consultations
Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up systems
Ensure no qualified lead goes unanswered or cold

Consultation Day Support (Mondays)

Welcome and assist patients during consultation days
Act as the primary point of contact for consult patients
Coordinate patient flow with the surgeon and clinic team
Help create a polished, high-end patient experience
Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment
Confident discussing aesthetic procedures with patients
Proactive with follow-ups and patient communication

Fully bilingual (French & English)

Experience in aesthetics, medical clinics, luxury hospitality, or sales
Experience managing leads or customer relationships
Familiarity with cosmetic or plastic surgery environments

Compensation & Perks

$22–$25/hour based on experience
