Job description

We are a manufacturer and distributor of home improvement products looking for a Digital Content Coordinator with copywriting skills both in English and French to join our team. We are looking for a driven individual who is highly detail oriented, a quick learner and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

· Website Management:

o Oversee the maintenance and updates of our company's websites, ensuring they are current, functional, and user-friendly.

o Add new content, update existing pages, and implement refreshes to promote seasonal products.

o Create banners for email acquisition, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

o Stay informed about competitors and make recommendations to improve the user experience.

o Create bug and enhancement tickets and track ongoing issues and improvements.

o Ensure website responsiveness and performance across various screen sizes and devices.

· Enhanced Content:

o Coordinate the creation of content for customer sites in collaboration with sales and design teams.

o Maintain product SKU sheet and ensure all products have enhanced content.

o Manage the addition of new products to websites, including images, descriptions, CTA buttons, reviews, and specifications.

o Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and copywriters for assets and product descriptions.

o Align with sales teams to ensure timely product launches.

Other responsibilities:

· Copywriting:

o Write compelling and persuasive copy for website pages, product descriptions, promotional banners, email campaigns, and other marketing materials in English and French.

o Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all copywriting efforts.

o Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align copy with visual elements and overall messaging strategy.

· Analytics and Reporting:

o Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and SyndigoPRO to track key performance metrics.

o Generate monthly reports to analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum requirements:

· Excellent writing skills in English and French

· A minimum of 3 years' experience in copy writing.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Proven experience in website management, digital content creation, SEO, and copywriting.

· Strong understanding of UX principles and design aesthetics.

· Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy across various platforms and formats.

· Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify is a plus.

Exigences minimales :
