Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and drive growth through innovative digital strategies. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing best practices, along with proficiency in graphic design and social media management tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and graphic design principles.
Manage social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and increase organic reach.
Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
Analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align social media campaigns with sales initiatives.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with SEO techniques and keyword research tools to optimize content visibility.
Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyzing their performance metrics.
Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application).
Ability to craft engaging content tailored for different platforms while maintaining brand voice.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics for tracking campaign success and website traffic analysis.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

This position is ideal for a passionate digital marketer eager to make a significant impact through creative storytelling and strategic planning across multiple channels.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
