Our clients count on us every single day to provide them with industry-leading products and services, As a leading managed print solutions provider in Western Canada, supporting one of our most critical client services, we are currently looking for a Print Field Service Technician to join our growing team across Red Deer, Calgary, and Regina.

The Print Field Service Technician is a crucial piece in providing the first impression to New and Existing clients on how WBM provides excellent service.

Join Our Print Solutions Team

In this technical position, you will provide onsite diagnostic, repair, and deployment services to our local clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to and resolving client requests with a focus on exceeding our customer’s expectations. You will be constantly learning new technology and be driven to learn and grow in your role every day.

A successful candidate will also be able to manage their territory, parts inventory, and complete reports for service calls. They will also need to be able to install or oversee the installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. We also expect the candidate to be mechanically inclined, and to be proficient in basic computer and networking skills.

What You Will Bring:

Passion for print – previous experience with printer repair specifically Ricoh, Canon and HP
Strong Customer Service Skills – experience in delivering excellence in customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and communicate to both the client and WBM on the status of printer installation
Driven to be the best – able to follow WBM’s PRO’s Elite standard
Strong team player, able to switch tasks and help out where needed
Cool under pressure – able to make quick decisions
Willingness to travel out of town and/or province
Capable to lift 50+ pounds
Valid driver’s license
PDI+, A+ and/or N+ would be an asset, but not a requirement

HP Printer/MFP certifications and training
Ricoh Printer/MFP certifications and training
Lexmark Printer/MFP certifications and training
Canon Printer/MFP certifications and training
Additional manufacturer certifications or technical training related to print/MFP equipment
