Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist – Part-Time / Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a client project. The successful candidate will help plan, communicate, and manage organizational changes while supporting employees and teams throughout the transition.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OCM professional who enjoys working with stakeholders, developing change strategies, and helping organizations successfully adopt new processes, systems, or ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear change management plans, strategies, and roadmaps for upcoming organizational changes.
Conduct change impact assessments to understand how changes may affect different teams, employees, and business processes.
Identify potential resistance to change and work with project leaders and stakeholders to address concerns and improve adoption.
Develop and coordinate communication strategies and messaging that clearly explain the purpose, benefits, and impact of organizational changes.
Partner with clients and internal teams to develop training and learning programs that help employees build the skills needed to adapt to changes.
Monitor and measure change adoption and effectiveness following implementation.
Gather employee and stakeholder feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure change activities align with project timelines and objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

4–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Management, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and senior leadership.
Strong interpersonal and active-listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to employee concerns and resistance.
Experience developing change management strategies, plans, communications, and training materials.
Understanding of project management methodologies, project phases, timelines, and deliverables.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting large-scale organizational or technology-related transformations.
Experience working with large enterprise or public-sector organizations.
Experience with employee adoption, stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational communications.

La personne retenue contribuera à planifier, communiquer et gérer les changements organisationnels tout en accompagnant les employés et les équipes tout au long de la transition.

Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un(e) professionnel(le) de la gestion du changement qui aime travailler avec les parties prenantes, élaborer des stratégies de changement et aider les organisations à adopter efficacement de nouveaux processus, systèmes ou façons de travailler.

Principales responsabilités

Élaborer des plans, stratégies et feuilles de route de gestion du changement clairs pour les changements organisationnels à venir.
Réaliser des analyses d’impact du changement afin de comprendre comment les changements peuvent affecter les différentes équipes, les employés et les processus opérationnels.
Identifier les résistances potentielles au changement et collaborer avec les responsables de projet et les parties prenantes afin de répondre aux préoccupations et favoriser l’adoption.
Élaborer et coordonner des stratégies de communication et des messages permettant d’expliquer clairement les raisons, les avantages et les impacts des changements organisationnels.
Collaborer avec les clients et les équipes internes afin de développer des programmes de formation et d’apprentissage permettant aux employés d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour s’adapter aux changements.
Suivre et mesurer l’adoption et l’efficacité du changement après sa mise en œuvre.
Recueillir les commentaires des employés et des parties prenantes afin d’identifier les possibilités d’amélioration.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de projet, les dirigeants et les parties prenantes afin de veiller à ce que les activités de gestion du changement soient alignées sur les échéanciers et les objectifs du projet.

Qualifications et compétences requises

4 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement organisationnel, en gestion du changement ou dans un domaine connexe.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les employés, les gestionnaires et les cadres supérieurs.
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et d’écoute active, avec la capacité de comprendre les préoccupations des employés et de répondre efficacement aux résistances au changement.
Expérience dans l’élaboration de stratégies et de plans de gestion du changement, de communications et de matériel de formation.
Bonne compréhension des méthodologies de gestion de projet, des différentes phases d’un projet, des échéanciers et des livrables.
Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion du temps.
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes de projet et les parties prenantes.
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des parties prenantes.

Expérience souhaitée

Expérience dans le soutien de transformations organisationnelles ou technologiques de grande envergure.
Expérience auprès de grandes entreprises ou d’organisations du secteur public.
Expérience en adoption par les employés, mobilisation des parties prenantes, formation et communications organisationnelles.
