The Opportunity

We're growing our team of STEM specialists and looking for dedicated instructors who thrive in one-on-one learning environments. Whether your expertise is in mathematics, the sciences, or both, this is a chance to teach what you love—on your schedule, at your pace, with students who are genuinely invested in learning.

Subjects We're Hiring For

Mathematics — Elementary numeracy through algebra, geometry, calculus, and university-prep
Chemistry — Core concepts to advanced organic and inorganic chemistry
Physics — Mechanics, electricity, waves, and higher-level topics
Biology — Life sciences, genetics, ecology, anatomy, and specialized areas
General Science — Integrated science for elementary and middle school learners

What the Role Involves

Develop customized lesson plans based on each student's goals, pace, and learning style
Diagnose knowledge gaps and apply structured strategies to rebuild understanding
Deliver engaging sessions via Zoom using simulations, digital tools, and interactive resources
Document progress consistently and provide specific, actionable feedback
Align instruction with Ontario Curriculum while adapting to individual student needs

What We're Looking For

Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Education, Engineering, or a related STEM field
Experience teaching or tutoring across a range of grade levels (Grade 3-12)
Ability to make complex material approachable without oversimplifying it
Confident working on camera and comfortable with standard digital tools
Available for evening and weekend sessions
