Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement, customize, and optimize Business Central solutions that align with their business needs. Your expertise will be key in guiding organizations through successful ERP transformations, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Conduct business requirements gathering and gap analysis to align Business Central solutions with client needs.
Work closely with other team members (e.g. Developers, Solution architects, consultants for other products, 3rd Party Consultants) to design and implement custom solutions where required.
Provide user training and support, ensuring seamless adoption of the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing post-implementation support.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants to design effective solutions.
Assist in data migration, integration, and third-party system connections.
Keep up-to-date with Microsoft updates and best practices to enhance client solutions.

A little bit about you:

3-5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV consulting, implementation, or support.
Strong knowledge of financials, supply chain, and operational modules (Manufacturing, Projects, Service) within Business Central.
Hands-on experience with design and implementation of customizations, and third-party integrations.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Minimum of a basic understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting
Ability to re-define client business processes and provide best-practice guidance
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Power Platform and APIs is a plus.
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MB-800) is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
