Job Summary
A growing Luxury Real estate team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support listing administration and transaction coordination.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with preparing listing documentation, maintaining transaction files, monitoring important dates, and supporting agents and clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage listing and transaction paperwork
Monitor conditions, deposits, amendments, closing dates, and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate digital files and internal tracking systems
Communicate with agents, clients, lawyers, brokerages, and service providers
Assist with MLS updates and general administrative tasks
Provide ongoing support to ensure transactions progress smoothly

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Professional, confidential, and client-focused
Previous real estate or administrative experience is an asset
Familiarity with real estate paperwork and industry systems such as Athentisign and Follow Up Boss is considered an asset
