Sales Closer Job Description

At DIT Web Solutions, we don't believe in putting a ceiling on talent. We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated Sales Closers to join our growth division. In this role, you will focus on full-cycle B2B business development, identifying opportunities, connecting with decision-makers and closing new accounts.

We provide the documented sales systems, training support, and structural infrastructure; you bring the hunger, grit, and execution.

This is a senior, revenue-driving role focused on conversion, consultative selling, and closing high-ticket offers - not a junior appointment-setting or scripted-pitch position.

Role Overview

As a Sales Closer, you will work directly with business owners, executives, and decision-makers considering DIT Web Solutions' web design, development, and digital marketing services, guiding them from initial interest to a confident buying decision. You'll lead sales conversations that uncover business goals, identify digital challenges and opportunities, and position our solutions as the best path to improving online presence, lead generation, and business growth.

You'll collaborate closely with leadership, project management, and client success teams to ensure seamless handoffs, accurate expectation-setting, and a healthy sales pipeline. This role requires strong business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and a solid understanding of websites, digital marketing strategies, and the role technology plays in helping businesses grow and compete effectively online.

Key Responsibilities

· Run sales calls with qualified leads (business owners, founders, operators).

· Diagnose prospect pain points around strategy, systems, pricing, offers, sales, marketing, and operations to position the right solution.

· Manage a full sales pipeline in the CRM, follow-ups, objection handling, and accurate forecasting.

· Hit and exceed monthly closing and revenue targets.

· Partner with client success and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and set clients up to succeed post-close.

· Maintain a high close rate through strong pre-call qualification and follow-through.

· Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and authority on every call.

Required Experience

To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following:

· 3–5 years of experience in high-ticket sales, closing, or business development, ideally within the digital marketing agency, online business, or consulting space

· Proven track record of closing $5K+ offers with experienced business owners or decision-makers

· Experience running consultative, needs-based sales calls (not scripted, transactional selling)

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, sales systems, offer creation, and business operations

Compensation & Benefits

This is a performance-driven sales role with a 90-day base salary during the initial ramp-up period, followed by a 10% commission structure on closed revenue.

The first 90 days provide a base salary while you learn the sales systems, offers, market, and process. Following the initial 90-day period, compensation transitions to a 10% commission structure on closed revenue.

The role will be primarily focused on developing and closing business in the U.S. market.
