At Nguistyle Integrative Medicine Clinic, we believe healthcare is more than treating symptoms—it is about guiding people toward lasting wellness through Chinese medicine, Qigong, Gongfu, nutrition, and lifestyle. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for holistic health and wants to become an important part of our clinic family.

This is more than a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Your Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly by:

Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth
Processing invoices and payments
Managing clinic email correspondence
Providing outstanding customer service
Preparing treatment rooms between patients
Cleaning treatment beds and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment
Supporting daily administrative operations
Working closely with practitioners to keep the clinic running efficiently

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
