The Talent Acquisitionist will play a key role in the success of both our Driver Division. The Talent Acquisitionist will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, the employee lifecycle, customer and account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a team player, service oriented, strategic thinker, driven by processes and metrics.

Responsibilities:

Full recruitment life cycle
Full utilization of an Applicant Tracking System
Use of a variety of posting/sourcing methods
Building relationships with employees and customers to ensure they have an excellent experience
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
Marketing qualified candidates to potential customers
Growing business with existing customers
Participating in networking events

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and French, Spoken, Written, Reading
Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication skills
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with employees, customers, and prospective customers
2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
Previous experience in transportation considered an asset
Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities at once
Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail
Passionate about recruitment
Possess a valid Canadian Driver’s License and Ability to travel within Canada

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement tout en agissant comme partenaire de confiance auprès de nos candidats et de nos clients. Vous contribuerez également au développement des affaires et à la gestion des relations clients afin d’assurer une expérience exceptionnelle à toutes les parties prenantes.

Le candidat idéal est orienté vers les résultats, motivé par l’atteinte d’objectifs, reconnu pour son sens de l’organisation et capable d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique à volume élevé.

Principales responsabilités

Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement, de l’affichage des postes à l’intégration des employés.
Effectuer le sourcing, la présélection, les entrevues et la recommandation de candidats qualifiés.
Utiliser efficacement un système de suivi des candidatures (ATS) afin d’assurer une gestion rigoureuse du processus de recrutement.
Développer et maintenir des stratégies de recrutement novatrices afin d’attirer les meilleurs talents.
Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les candidats, les employés et les clients.
Présenter des candidats qualifiés aux clients et assurer un suivi continu du processus d’embauche.
Atteindre et surpasser les objectifs de recrutement et les indicateurs de performance.
Soutenir le développement des affaires auprès des clients existants et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
Participer à des événements de réseautage, salons d’emploi et initiatives de visibilité de l’entreprise.

Qualifications recherchées

Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.
Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience en recrutement à volume élevé.
Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en présentation.
Capacité démontrée à établir des relations de confiance avec divers intervenants.
Solides aptitudes en gestion du temps et en priorisation dans un environnement multitâche.
Sens aigu de l’organisation et souci du détail.
Approche proactive, orientée vers les résultats et le service à la clientèle.
Expérience dans l’industrie du transport ou du recrutement de chauffeurs constitue un atout important.
Permis de conduire canadien valide et disponibilité à voyager occasionnellement au Canada.
