Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dough Maker, where your passion for baking and food preparation will help create delicious baked goods that delight our customers. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality doughs, ensuring consistency and freshness, and supporting the overall bakery operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, food-focused environment dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and mix doughs according to established recipes, ensuring proper consistency and quality.
Measure ingredients accurately and follow food safety standards during food handling and preparation.
Assist in the baking process by shaping, portioning, and packaging baked goods for sale or delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, including equipment and storage areas.
Support cake decorating tasks when required, adding creative touches to baked products.
Follow all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service and teamwork.
Kitchen experience involving food packaging, cooking, or general food industry tasks is a plus.
