Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our Sackville team. This role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered care in a supportive environment where your professional expertise directly impacts the health and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional pharmacy services in accordance with New Brunswick regulations
Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and drug interactions
Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and overall health management
Administer injections, vaccinations, and expanded clinical services (where applicable)
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Oversee pharmacy workflow and supervise pharmacy staff
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists
Strong patient care and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Injection certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency with pharmacy systems (Kroll experience considered an asset)
