Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique chez MTLC, une entreprise leader dans l'industrie du cannabis avec des filiales incluant MTL Cannabis, Abba Medix et Canada House Clinics.

Nous recherchons un technicien de post-production motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe chez MTLC. Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans le processus de production, garantissant la qualité et la conformité de nos produits tout en contribuant à un environnement de travail collaboratif et positif.

Responsabilités :

Lire et suivre toutes les procédures opératoires standardisées (POS) et les politiques de l'entreprise.
Suivre les instructions spécifiques du directeur de production.
Tailler et épointer efficacement les plantes (défoliation).
Peser et enregistrer avec précision tous les matériaux de coupe mouillés.
Retirer les produits de leurs branches une fois qu'ils sont secs (tronçonnage).
Promouvoir et maintenir la qualité du produit en exécutant toutes les tâches avec précision et minutie.
Travailler dans les délais impartis et s'efforcer d'accroître la productivité.
Maintenir l'organisation et la propreté de la (des) salle(s) d'élagage pendant l'exécution des tâches d'élagage.
Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes qui lui sont confiées.

Qualifications :

Être âgé d'au moins 21 ans.
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante dans un environnement très actif.
Faire preuve d'initiative, de responsabilité et de flexibilité
Solides compétences interpersonnelles
Capacité à travailler sous pression.
Avoir un bon sens de l'observation
Avoir le souci du détail
Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps
Capacité à comprendre et à mettre en œuvre les politiques et les procédures de l'entreprise.
Bonne capacité de lecture et d'écriture.
Capacité arithmétique de base pour peser, mesurer, etc.

We are looking for a motivated Post-production Technician to join our team at MTLC. This role plays a key part in the production process, ensuring the quality and compliance of our products while contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Read and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Follow specific instructions from the Production Manager.
Efficiently trim and defoliate plants.
Accurately weigh and record all wet trim materials.
Remove products from their branches once they are dry (trimming).
Promote and maintain product quality by performing all tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Work within assigned timeframes and strive to improve productivity.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the trimming room(s) during operations.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good observation skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to understand and implement company policies and procedures.
Good reading and writing skills.
Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, etc.

Shift: Saturday & Sunday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Monday & Tuesday 7:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m.
