Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is vital in supporting operational efficiency, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence within a dynamic organization.

Duties

2 years in the seed processing and edible oil extraction equipment industry; Technical Knowledge of the equipment (Sizing of equipment, Type of Machines, etc.);
Financial Accounting and understanding of business statements;
Commercial Development and understanding of the industry's micro and macro economic environment. (The life cycle of processing plants)
Advanced English Knowledge for international customer management and relationship development.
Acquaintance with international logistics (Quotes for Route selection, Insurances (FOB, etc), Custom Clearance, Letters of Credit negotiations, etc.)
Be available to travel internationally on short notice for periods of 2 to 4 weeks.Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support management decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Assist in the development of operational strategies and project plans
Conduct root cause analysis for operational challenges and recommend effective solutions
Prepare detailed documentation of processes, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operations support preferred
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
Effective communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience with project management methodologies is advantageous

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
