Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our Bath Fitter team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, ensuring precision and quality in every project. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, carpentry, or related trades to contribute to diverse projects. Applicants should possess strong technical skills, be reliable, and committed to safety standards.

Duties

Read and interpret schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and other building components.
Perform construction tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, and painting as required.
Install plumbing systems and fixtures with precision, adhering to safety codes and standards.
Follow project timelines and communicate progress or issues to supervisors effectively.
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after use.

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment.
Strong knowledge of construction principles, and carpentry.
Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
Experience with caulking, flooring installation, and plumbing.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various construction environments.
The ability to adhere to safety protocols on-site. This position offers an engaging work environment where craftsmanship is valued, providing opportunities for skill development across multiple facets of construction and installation projects.
