The Role

ASH Agency is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support our Social Media Director and growing client roster. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement, with a passion for creating content that resonates and drives results. You’ll be working closely with Account Managers and creators to execute social strategies, manage content calendars, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

This position is based out of our Montreal, QC office with hybrid flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

Manage content scheduling and community engagement for clients’ brands across social media platforms (Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc.)
Build and maintain client content calendars, including ideation and execution support
Implement social media strategies to grow audiences, engagement, and conversions
Write engaging captions, posts, and copy tailored to each client’s personal brand
Monitor trends, track analytics, and provide performance insights to optimise campaigns
Assist in creating reports on client engagement, growth, and overall results
Collaborate with the Social Media Director and Account Managers on strategy and execution
Brainstorm and pitch trending content ideas (Reels, TikToks, etc.) tailored to each client’s brand and audience.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management (agency experience a plus)
Proficiency in major platforms: Twitter (X), Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube (experience with Only Fans is considered a very strong asset)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills; ability to adapt voice and tone per client
Basic graphic design/photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Solid understanding of analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and eye for aesthetics
Self-motivated, organised, and reliable with excellent time management
Comfortable with not safe for work and sex-positive content
Knowledge of influencer marketing or PR is an asset

Le Poste

ASH Agency est à la recherche d’un coordinaire des médias sociaux pour soutenir notre Directrice des médias sociaux ainsi que notre portefeuille croissant de clients. La personne idéale possède une solide compréhension des tendances en médias sociaux et de l’engagement des audiences, avec une passion pour la création de contenu percutant qui génère des résultats. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de comptes et les créateurs afin d’exécuter des stratégies sociales, de gérer des calendriers de contenu et d’assurer la cohérence des marques sur les différentes plateformes.

Ce poste est basé à notre bureau de Montréal, QC, avec une flexibilité hybride pour le télétravail.

Responsabilités

Gérer la planification de contenu et l’engagement communautaire pour les marques des clients sur les médias sociaux (Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Créer et maintenir les calendriers de contenu des clients, incluant l’idéation et le soutien à l’exécution
Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de médias sociaux afin de faire croître les audiences, l’engagement et les conversions
Rédiger des légendes, publications et textes engageants adaptés à la marque personnelle de chaque client
Suivre les tendances, analyser les données et fournir des recommandations pour optimiser les campagnes
Aider à la création de rapports sur l’engagement, la croissance et les résultats globaux des clients
Collaborer avec la Directrice des médias sociaux et les gestionnaires de comptes sur la stratégie et l’exécution
Proposer et présenter des idées de contenu tendance (Reels, TikToks, etc.) adaptées à la marque et à l’audience de chaque client

Exigences

2 à 3+ années d’expérience en gestion des médias sociaux, marketing numérique ou gestion de communauté (expérience en agence un atout)
Maîtrise des principales plateformes : Twitter (X), Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (expérience avec Only Fans est un atout majeur)
Excellentes compétences en rédaction et création de contenu; capacité d’adapter la voix et le ton selon le client
Compétences de base en conception graphique/édition photo (Canva, Photoshop ou outils similaires)
Solide compréhension de l’analytique, de la production de rapports et de la prise de décision basée sur les données
Esprit créatif avec une grande attention aux détails et un sens esthétique développé
Autonome, organisé·e et fiable, avec une excellente gestion du temps
À l’aise avec du contenu NSFW (non sécuritaire pour le travail) et sex-positif
Connaissances en marketing d’influence ou en relations publiques sont un atout
