DESCRIPTION DU POSTE: Assistant(e) Achats & Logistique

LES RESPONSABILITÉS PRIMAIRES

Le commis aux achats est responsable d'une grande variété de tâches fonctionnelles et administratives, y compris les tâches liées à l'approvisionnement, l'accélération, la planification, la planification des stocks, de la qualité des fournisseurs, et la génération de rapports.

Générer des commandes d'achat précises à partir des demandes internes et externes dans le système

Accélérer et le suivi des commandes avec les fournisseurs pour veiller à ce que les dates de livraison demandées sont respectées; backorders réviser

Aider le gestionnaire des achats avec l'approvisionnement, la recherche et la collecte d'informations liées à de nouveaux produits et de nouveaux fournisseurs

Fournir un soutien et d'analyse des stocks et le maintien des mesures d'inventaire

Aider le gestionnaire des achats avec le jour les tâches quotidiennes ainsi que les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels

Participer et soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue activement

Vos qualifications:

Maîtrise écrit et parlé Français et Anglais

Souci du détail, précis, bien organisé et approche pragmatique

Avoir une bonne connaissance Excel

Compétences de planification et d'analyse solides

Vos actifs:

Entre 1 - 2 ans d'expérience directe dans un rôle similaire

Atout:

•Connaisance du système Accpac/Sage300 et SAP

JOB DESCRIPTION: Purchasing & Logistics Assistant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of functional and administrative duties, including tasks related to procurement, expediting, scheduling, inventory planning, supplier quality, and report generation.

Generate accurate purchase orders from internal requests into the system
Expedite and track orders with suppliers to ensure that requested delivery dates are met; revise back-orders
Assist the Purchasing Manager with sourcing, research and information gathering related to new products and new vendors
Provide support to the Inventory Specialist in analyzing inventory and maintaining inventory measures
Assist the Purchasing Manager with day to day tasks as well as weekly and monthly reporting
Actively participate and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your qualifications:

Fluent English and French written and spoken
Detail oriented, accurate, well organized and pragmatic approach
Strong planning and analytical skills
Between 1 – 2 years direct experience in a similar role

Assets:

Knowledge Accpac/Sage300 and SAP
