Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently looking to fill a permanent casual role at our Rosetown service location. Reporting to the Manager Member Service, the casual Member Service Representative will have a genuine desire to respond to member requests. This position has the opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering outstanding member service, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our members.

Join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional member service as you:

Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with Prosperity Credit Union members by having meaningful conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and listening carefully to understand their financial needs.
Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver excellent service to members by accurately handling daily financial transactions in person and over the phone.
Connect Members: Work with branch colleagues to help members find personalized credit and investment solutions.
Recommend Solutions: Show your knowledge of Prosperity Credit Union's products and services by answering member questions and providing recommendations for their future needs.
Empower members: Help members use digital channels, allowing them to bank with Prosperity Credit Union whenever and wherever they prefer.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required. Prior experience in customer service or financial services is an asset, as is experience completing cash transactions.
Proven computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills, are essential.
Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to demonstrate proactive behaviour by offering assistance or recommendations to members before they inquire.
