Full job description

Augury Healthcare is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with Emergency Department (ER) experience for a high-pay contract assignment in Radville, Saskatchewan.

This role is ideal for ER nurses who are confident, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced clinical environments. The successful candidate will deliver safe, timely, and patient-centred emergency care while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a rural healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department
Perform triage and rapid patient assessments using CTAS or equivalent protocols
Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and critical care situations
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and allied health professionals
Maintain clear, professional communication with the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Saskatchewan (CRNS) or commitment to obtain licensure immediately
Minimum 1–2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
Current and valid certifications:
BLS
ACLS
PALS
CTAS (or equivalent)
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and triage skills
Ability to work independently in a rural or remote healthcare environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

$80-95 per hour competitive pay rate

Contract extensions may be offered based on performance and operational needs
