Full job description

Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator reports directly to the Planning & Procurement Supervisor and plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating the receipt and allocation of materials, and ensuring all materials required for production are properly staged and available as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive, depalletize, and properly store all raw materials and consumables
Verify received materials against purchase orders to ensure quantities and products are accurate
Ensure all raw material inventory is entered into ERP and all material usage is properly tracked and recorded
Prepare, allocate, and stage all materials required by production teams to support efficient operations
Coordinate with Planning & Procurement Supervisor to maintain optimal inventory levels
Perform raw material/consumable inventory audits on a regular basis
Support the receipt, organization, inventory, and distribution of company swag and marketing materials
Organize, clean, and maintain the warehouse
Perform administrative tasks for Planning & Procurement Supervisor as required
Assist other departments as needed
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize inventory processes
Attend and participate in meetings as required
Adhere to BOLD standard operating procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, logistics, or similar role is preferred
Ability to organize/prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills
Grade 12 or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
