Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and outgoing Automotive Sales Representative to join our dealership team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, comfortable making a high volume of calls, and motivated to build their own customer base.

This is a performance-driven sales position with strong earning potential for individuals who are willing to put in the effort, consistently follow up with leads, and actively generate new business.

No automotive sales experience is required but is preferred — we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to follow up with leads and generate appointments
Communicate with customers through phone, email, text message, and social media
Actively self-generate business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and personal marketing
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from initial contact to delivery
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Consistently follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM software
Work closely with management to achieve individual and team sales goals
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive in a fast-paced sales environment
Self-starter mentality with the ability to generate your own leads and opportunities
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Valid driver’s license
