Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive sales growth. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight of production processes with active management of sales initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between production teams and customer demands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, expertise in supply chain management, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP. Join us to lead continuous improvement efforts, optimize manufacturing workflows, and elevate our market presence through innovative sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production workflows aligned with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate production planning using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to meet customer delivery schedules while minimizing waste.
Implement process improvements across manufacturing and supply chain functions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Lead cross-functional teams in assembly, process optimization, and quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of manufacturing excellence.
Utilize ERP systems like SAP to monitor inventory levels, track production metrics, and streamline order fulfillment processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions for sustained growth.

Skills

Extensive experience with SAP or similar ERP systems to manage supply chain operations and production planning.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
Proven track record in process improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
Deep understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and vendor relations.
Expertise in MRP systems for effective resource planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lead teams through change management initiatives while fostering a culture of quality control and operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments, present data-driven insights, and motivate teams toward shared goals.
