Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Mechanic or Mechanic Helper, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a variety of machinery and equipment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. Whether you're an experienced mechanic or just starting out as a helper, you'll be part of a collaborative environment focused on quality workmanship and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
Support senior mechanics in disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling mechanical components
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and procedures during all repair activities
Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance records accurately
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs promptly and effectively

Experience

Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in a similar role preferred
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools required for daily tasks
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with machinery maintenance or repair is a plus but not mandatory for helpers
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the team
