Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of underground infrastructure construction, and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead teams, ensure quality and performance, and manage project success effectively within a dynamic construction environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and correspondences to facilitate accurate project execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction with supervising responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction planning and execution.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience in pipe jacking, shoring, sewer and water construction is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$48.71 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
