Key Responsibilities:

Drive exceptional customer service experiences
Foster meaningful relationships with clients
Ensure coverage aligns with established standards
Provide polished and professional insurance quotes
Strive towards, and surpass, monthly sales targets

Qualifications We Value:

5+ years of outstanding customer service expertise
1 - 2+ years of Insurance brokerage experience
Experience in client service roles that require both relationship management and solution-based selling
Proficient in EPIC, Applied Rating Services, and Microsoft Office
Current Alberta Insurance Council Level 1 General License
A growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills
