About RIVIX

RIVIX supplies workwear, uniforms, safety apparel, and PPE to companies across Canada.

We work with businesses in construction, oil and gas, mining, utilities, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and other industries that require dependable uniforms and safety apparel.

Our team manages design, sampling, production, inspection, and shipping through one point of contact.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to develop and manage customer accounts across British Columbia.

You will contact assigned leads, prospect for new business, book meetings, qualify opportunities, close accounts, and manage repeat orders.

This is a commission only role for someone who is confident building a sales pipeline and closing B2B accounts.

This is not an entry level sales position.

Products You Will Sell

Industrial workwear and uniforms
High visibility clothing
FR and arc rated garments
Coveralls, work shirts, pants, jackets, and outerwear
Branded shirts, hoodies, and corporate apparel
Hospitality and service uniforms
Safety apparel and PPE
Custom and private label garment programs

Responsibilities

Contact assigned company leads across British Columbia
Prospect and develop your own customer accounts
Build relationships with operations, procurement, safety, human resources, and company owners
Book and conduct customer meetings
Identify workwear, uniform, and PPE requirements
Present suitable product and program options
Prepare opportunities for pricing, sampling, and production
Follow up consistently and close new accounts
Manage repeat orders and long term customer relationships
Keep contact records, opportunities, and follow up dates updated in the CRM
Attend weekly sales pipeline meetings

Commission Structure

10% commission on your first 3 RIVIX supplied accounts
5% commission on additional RIVIX supplied accounts
15% commission on accounts you bring to RIVIX
Ongoing commission on repeat orders from accounts assigned to you
No commission cap
Commissions are paid on the 1st or 15th after the customer payment has cleared

Estimated annual earnings are CA$125,000 to CA$250,000 based on performance and account volume.

There is no base salary.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
Strong outbound calling and prospecting experience
Proven ability to book meetings and close business accounts
Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
Comfortable working independently in a remote commission role
Clear and professional communication skills
Strong follow up and account management habits
Based in British Columbia

Experience selling workwear, uniforms, PPE, industrial supplies, safety products, construction products, or related services is preferred.

Existing relationships in construction, oil and gas, mining, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, hospitality, or industrial sectors are considered an asset.

Pay: $125,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
