The Opportunity

Our Inside Sales Associates are often the first person a customer sees when they walk through our doors or the first voice they hear when they call. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive experience for every customer.

This is a retail position with a clinical focus. Many of our team members come from healthcare backgrounds such as care aides, nurses and rehabilitation professionals, but previous medical experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our products, equipment and fittings, including compression fitting certification.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Regular 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts
No required overtime
No commission or high-pressure sales targets

Your Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a friendly, professional and compassionate manner
Listen carefully to customers and help determine what products or solutions best meet their needs
Provide knowledgeable, personalized service in a retail environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, healthcare professionals and teammates
Learn and stay current on rehabilitation, mobility and home healthcare products
Assist with product fittings and provide guidance on the appropriate use of equipment
Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being comfortable taking initiative independently
Maintain an enthusiastic, friendly and professional approach throughout the customer experience
Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping others
Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with people
A strong communicator and active listener
Reliable, organized and able to work independently
A positive team player who is willing to learn
Comfortable learning new products, equipment and procedures
Professional and confident in a customer-facing environment

Previous experience in healthcare, home care, rehabilitation, kinesiology or medical retail is an asset, but it is not required.

If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we will teach you the rest.

Compensation & Benefits

$18.25–$23.25/hour, commensurate with experience.
