We’re looking for a driven, persuasive, and highly motivated Jr. Account Manager to join our sales team. This is a career-building opportunity for someone who brings urgency, energy, and a relentless focus on achieving results. As an Jr. Account Manager, you’ll work on a team and grow your book of business by building strong client relationships, uncovering opportunities others miss, and delivering creative, personalized solutions that drive revenue and increase margin. You're not afraid to ask the hard questions, go after the opportunity, and close the deal—because failure is not an option. What You’ll Do:

Take full ownership of your teams’ accounts—learn everything about your clients, their goals, pain points, and opportunities
Ask smart questions to uncover growth potential, margin opportunities, and unmet needs
Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline through prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling
Deliver custom experiences with content, samples, creative ideas, gifts, client meetings, and drop-ins
Act as a consultative partner—collaborate deeply with your clients and internal teams (SDRs, AEs, CSRs)
Ensure customer success and satisfaction—you’re proactive, responsive, and solutions-driven
Provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting
Support new logo opportunities by contributing to strategy, proposals, and quotes

What You Bring:

A competitive, take-charge attitude—you’re self-motivated, persistent, and committed to winning
1+ year in sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record of success
A strong sense of urgency to hit goals and exceed expectations
Ability to ask for the opportunity—you’re persuasive, fearless, and not afraid to close
Excellent soft skills—you’re likable, confident, and easy to work with
Detail-oriented and accurate—you don’t miss the little things that make a big difference
Creative and resourceful—you find solutions, not excuses
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Comfortable using CRM tools and following structured daily routines
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client meetings and events
