Lakeshore Cardiology is a high‑volume, community-based outpatient clinic delivering patient‑centered specialty care. Our culture is built on:

We are seeking a Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) to join our team on a part‑time/casual basis (M/T/F) contract position. This position is part of our ongoing clinic growth and scheduling support needs.

This position supports diagnostic testing and daily clinical workflow in a fast-paced cardiology environment. The ideal candidate is organized, self‑directed, and confident managing multiple modalities independently.

⭐ What You’ll Do

Perform ECGs, GXT, Holter monitoring, Holter scanning, and AMBP monitors
Work collaboratively with Echocardiography Sonographers and clinic staff
Triage patients, manage charts, and support cardiology scheduling
Manage and oversee all cardiovascular testing equipment (DR400, DR200, AMBP IEB, Norav wireless 1200)
Complete pre‑procedural assessments and post‑procedural summaries
Troubleshoot clinical issues and notify the appropriate provider
Review procedural plans and ensure pre‑procedural testing is complete
Produce accurate clinical documentation using Cerebrum EMR
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and patient‑centered care at all times
Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program

⭐ What You Bring

Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program
Current registration with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT)
Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and 12‑lead ECG interpretation
Current BCLS / HCP CPR certification
Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, EMR (Cerebrum), electronic faxing
Familiarity with DR400, DR200, AMBP IEB, Norav wireless 1200W Stress systems
Excellent communication skills — respectful, kind, and team‑oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage workflow in a busy outpatient environment
Advanced CSCT registration preferred

⭐ Schedule

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on clinic needs)
Part‑Time / Casual contract position
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
on site parking
